What if something goes wrong?
Big Box Printing does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the event of receiving a damaged order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the damage. In the email, please attach a picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Do not dispose of the item as we may require you to return it (if return is required we will arrange return shipping). Once we have been notified, we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible!
